In cooperation with our partners in Munich and Salzburg, we would like to offer you our long distance transfers even between Munich or Salzburg (city, train station or airport) and the ski resorts in German, Austrian, eventually Italian and Swiss Alps. Currently we offer only standard sedans and minivans driven by nice English speaking drivers with the local knowledge. Luxury limousines and minivans or group transportation is avaliable on request. We offer only all-inclusive rate confirmed before you book includes all taxes, tolls and fees, eventually carrying of skis and snowboards. Free cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before the planned journey.

Yes, our company is fully licensed and insured.
Our transportation is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, even during Christmas and Eastern. So you can book your car for any time you need. Our office hours are every day from 9am to 9pm (GMT+2). In this time we also answer all e-mails, requests and confirm the bookings from the booking form.
We prefer the booking through our booking form above. But if you have a specific request (daily hire, congress transportation, multi-days events, etc.), please, feel free to fill our tailor-made transportation request form or email us on info@czech-transfer–service.com. We answer the e-mails and requests within the office hours.
For e-mail bookings wee need to know following details:

Name of the leading passenger
Total number of adults and children (younger 12 years)

Drop off point
In case you are looking for arrival airport transfer or train station transfer, do not forget to include exact flight number or train number. Do not confuse the ticket number and the actual flight / train details.

As sooner you do as better. You can book your trip even 365 days in advance. We 100% guarantee that the transfer will be managed, if the reservation is made at least 48 hours before pick-up. Of course you can try to book last-minute. We usually find a car for you, but especially in a top-season (December to March) may happen, that there will be no vehicle for you avaliable.

Yes. Only choose the transfer type in the booking form:
- one way transfer
- return – in the case you need to travel back in the same day, then please add the “Extra time” – the number of hours you expect you will need the car to wait.
- return (new ride) – transfer back in a different day.

Yes of course. Few days in advance (day before at the latest) you will receive your driver´s details (name and number, vehicle brand and model, license plate) through WhatsApp (preffered) or text message. Feel free to text your driver. You can also call him/her, but the call may not be answered because the driver carries another passenger at that time.
We ask all of our drivers to let know the clients about themselves day before pick-up by sending the WhatsApp message or classic SMS. Once connected each other you can manage some optional changes or ask some questions regarding the trip.
Your driver can pick you up at your hotel, apartment, or any other pick-up point accessible by car. This applies to your drop-off location as well. No need to worry about buses, cabs, or other connections – we provide door-to-door service! If you happen to be in a pedestrian-only area, your driver will meet you at a designated pick-up location.
- Airports – driver will expect you in arrival hall of the terminal, behind the customs and will hold the sign with your name on it.
- Train stations – driver waits in the platform. Please be in touch with your driver to manage the best pick-up point.
- Hotels – driver will meet you in the hotel lobby.
- Private address – driver will meet you in front of the house.
Of course! All of our drivers speak English at least on the communicative level. Majority of them do like it would be their native language. They will gladly talk with you about the local history, culture, lifestyle current situation in the country and even answer any question you will have.
Each passenger is allowed one large bag (29″ x 21″ x 11″ / 74 x 53 x 28 cm) and one small bag (22″ x 14″ x 9″ / 56 x 36 x 23 cm) or. We always send the vehicle that is the best fit for you and your luggage, so make sure to select the actual amount of luggage and ski/snowboard bags you are traveling with during checkout. In Munich and Salzburg we currently offer only standard class vehicles, that means sedans (Skoda Octavia, Skoda Superb, VW Passat or similar) and minivans (Mercedes Vito, Volkswagen Caravelle, Ford Tourneo, Renault Trafic or similar).
Business class vehicles are avaliable on request according to the current capacity.

Our drivers have the basic knowledge of the history, but they can not be compared with a professional licensed guide. They will gladly share with you the knowledge about the local lifestyle, culture, gastronomy, political situation, what to see around, but they may not know the dates, periods and some historical contexts.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip for any reason, simply send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org. We understand that travel plans can change, which is why we don’t charge a fee for changes or cancellations made at least 24 hours before pick-up. Please note, that our phone is only for the emergency cases. If you prefer to contact us by phone, please do by text message on Whatsapp – number +420720592018.
You can make changes in your itinerary free of charge until 24 hours before departure. If you need to make a last-minute change less than 24 hours before departure, we’ll do our best to accommodate it (additional fees may apply).
You can pay by cash (EUR, USD, GBP), by card to driver or on-line or via Paypal. Prices in a different currencies than EUR is re-calculated according to the rate that day.
Our transfer prices include:
- driver´s wage
- road taxes, fees, tolls and vignettes
- refreshment/restroom/cigarette stops
- vehicle and passenger insurance
- parking (airport/station pick-ups)
Our transfer prices exclude:
- car trains (specifically in Switzerland and Eurotunnel)
- sightseeing on the way (if not booked during the reservation)
- lunch breaks
- guiding services
No need to be worried about it. If you book the transfer in advance, you will pay the price that have been once confirmed. No extra fuel fees, inflation extra charges or more expensive drive because of worse exchange rate of your currency.
The tip (Gratuity) is not included in the price and tipping the driver is only on your free will. But if you do so, please do only by cash. If you are really satisfied, tip 10 to 15% from the price is sufficient
Yessss! We’re happy to accommodate your animal companion! Please let us know in advance if you will be travelling with pets, including service and emotional support animals, so we can ensure there will be enough space for you, your pet, and your luggage in the vehicle. If you don’t inform us in advance, we can’t guarantee that your driver will be able to accommodate you or offer any refund.
We always screen our drivers for criminal and traffic records, and personally interview each one/ inspect their cars for safety, comfort, and reliability. All cars must be less than ten years old, in excellent operating condition, and insured as required by local law. And because our drivers are locals, they’re familiar with the rules and customs of the road. We believe this provides a safer, more relaxing service for you.
We can’t guarantee that every attraction will be open for every trip, especially during the off-season. We recommend checking the opening hours in advance, or contact us if you have any questions about your trip.
