For our intercity transfers we use following vehicles:

• minivans – Volkswagen Caravelle, Mercedes Vito, Ford Tourneo Custom, Fiat Talento, Renault Trafic
• Mercedes E – models W213 and W214
• Mercedes V – models made after 2019

Our rates include all fees, but the tips is excluded. Tipping the driver is not mandatory, but believe, that 5 to 10% is highly appreciated.

Yes, of course. Our every intercity transfer includes 15 minutes of waiting. A waiting fee may be applied for the longer stops. Please feel free to consult it directly with the driver.

Wi-fi is generally not guaranteed during our transfers. But if you mention this in your booking, we will do our best to meet your requests.

Of course. All of our drivers speak at least basic English.

Basically, we offer minivans for maximum of 7 traveling passengers, even some of our minivans accommodate 8 persons + driver. It is for providing sufficient comfort for travellers and guarantee that all luggage fits. In the most cases we arrange a convoy of sedan or MPV and minivan. Please, feel free to email us with your request to consult the options.

We can arrange transportation for the groups of 8+ persons by setting a convoy from minivans and sedans/MPVs. We are able to arrange large-capacity vehicle on request. Please keep in mind, that this kind of transportation is necessary to book sooner in advance and different cancellation policies may apply. You can book one way transfer and pay extra only for waiting. The return journey is free of charge.

Yes, we gladly carry your ski, snowboard and equipment. Please, make a note in the reservation. Kindly note, there is a limited number of vehicles with a roof-rackle in the winter season. We recommend to book this kind of transfer as soon as possible.
