These Terms and Conditions govern the use of transport services provided by Czech Transfer Service, s.r.o. (hereinafter “the Company”). By placing an order, making a booking, or using our services, the customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

  • Customer: Any person, company, or legal entity using services provided by the Company.
  • Service: Includes intercity transfers, airport transfers, hourly or multi-day chauffeur hire, city tours, day trips, and luxury transfers.
  • Driver: A professional driver employed by the Company or a verified subcontractor.
  • Vehicle: Any transport vehicle used, including sedans, minivans, minibuses, or coaches.

2. Bookings

2.1 Bookings must be made in advance via the Company’s website, email, or WhatsApp message.

2.2 The Customer is responsible for providing accurate booking information, including the number of passengers, luggage, child seat needs, and special requirements (e.g. wheelchair access).

2.3 Customers must allow sufficient time for travel, including possible traffic delays or airport security requirements.

2.4 The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking if safety or operational capacity is at risk.

3. Vehicles & Special Requests

3.1 The Company operates a fleet of various vehicle classes, including economy, standard, and business sedans and minivans, XXL minivans, 19-seater and 30-seater minibuses.

3.2 Requests for child seats must be made at the time of booking. These are provided free of charge, subject to availability.

3.3 Passengers with foldable wheelchairs are welcome, but this must be indicated in advance.

3.4 The Company reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of the same category if necessary, including for technical or operational reasons.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 All prices are quoted in EUR, including VAT where applicable.

4.2 Accepted payment methods include:

  • Online card payment (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Bank transfer (for pre-approved clients)
  • Invoice/monthly billing (for hotels, agencies, and corporate clients)

4.3 Advance payment is required for all bookings. Failure to make a timely payment may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 To receive a full refund cancellations must be made:

  • at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for intercity car/minivan transfers, airport transfers, hourly hires, daytrips, and city tours
  • at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for minibus/coach transfers and hourly hires within Prague, daytrips, and city tours
  • at least 7 full days before the scheduled pick-up day for car/minivan multi-day hire taking up to 7 days, and minibus/coach intercity transfers
  • at least 14 full days before the scheduled pick-up day for minibus/coach multi-day hire and car/minivan multi-day hire taking more than 7 days

5.2 Cancellations made later than mentioned at point 5.1 are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

5.3 Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Liability

6.1 The Company will make reasonable efforts to get the Customer to the destination on time but is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Accidents or force majeure

  • Delays caused by the Customer (e.g. late arrival)

6.2 All luggage is transported at the Customer’s own risk.

6.3 The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including missed flights or loss of business.

6.4 If a vehicle breaks down, the Company will attempt to arrange a replacement as soon as possible. If a replacement cannot be provided within 4 hours, a full refund will be issued.

6.5 The Company’s maximum liability for compensation is limited to the value of the service booked.

7. Conduct

7.1 Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

7.2 The Customer must follow the driver’s safety instructions and refrain from causing damage, disturbance, or risk during transport.

7.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if the Customer’s conduct endangers safety or property.

8. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

8.1 The Company processes customer data (e.g. name, phone number, email, travel details) strictly in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8.2 Data is collected only to fulfill the transportation contract and is not shared with third parties except as required by law or for necessary service delivery (e.g., assigning a subcontracted driver).

8.3 The Customer has the right to request, correct, or delete their personal data at any time.

9. Disputes & Jurisdiction

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

9.2 In the event of a consumer dispute, the Customer may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

10. Amendments

10.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of booking shall apply.

10.2 Updated Terms and Conditions will be published on the Company website.

Those Terms and Conditions are valid since 1st July 2025.
