How does it work?
First, what is necessary to do is send us an email or fill out the request form. At this moment it does not matter if you have not finished your itinerary yet, but we need at least the basic information to provide at least the approximate cost of the car or minivan hire:
– dates of traveling
– number of dates of the rental
– destinations where you wish to start and finish your tour
– tentative day-to-day plan
– size of the group
Once we get enough information about your European tour, we will send you our quotation. We always provide the final price with no extra charges, including fuel cost, tolls, driver meals, and accommodation in the estimate. You do not need to be stressed about this.
If you accept our offer we will start with preparing for your smooth arrival. In the meantime, we can help you with changes in the itinerary to make it as much perfect as possible. We kindly ask you to book your accommodation before your arrival. Booking restaurants, sightseeing, or experience tickets, eventually, local private guides can be managed later. No matter if you come with just a basic plan or a highly detailed itinerary – our driver will do his maximum to support you in enjoying your holidays by keeping time for pre-booked attractions or restaurants.
In most cases, our drivers pick up the clients in international airports, but according to the plan and request it can be also a hotel, private address (AirBnB), train station, a rent-a-car office, cruise ship terminal, etc. Our driver always waits at the agreed meeting point, holding a sign with the client name or the group name on it. Before the tour, we will provide the driver´s WhatsApp number (preferred kind of communication) for the kind of any problems on the arrival (missed connection flight, etc.) Since connected, the driver is there for you as number one support during the tour. Now you can relax and enjoy your memorable multi-day European tour.
For the rest of the tour, you are fully flexible. You can use your hired car or a minivan with a driver for all intercity transportation, en-route sightseeing, city tours, and day tours. Going shopping and going to restaurants is also included.
