As soon as you get your luggage go please to the ARRIVALS of TERMINAL 1 (follow the sign “EXIT” until you get to the last hall before you can get out of the airport building). You will see there some other drivers standing with clients’ name cards. Your driver will be standing near to well visible “MATTONI BAR” with a sign of your name. You will see the Mattoni bar on your left when you reach the arrival hall. Drivers usually appear at this place approximately 25 minutes after your current landing time (even in case your plane is delayed).

As soon as you get your luggage go please to the ARRIVALS of TERMINAL 2 (follow the sign “EXIT” until you get to the last hall before you can get out of the airport building). You will see there some other drivers standing with clients’ name cards. Your driver will be standing near to well visible “VISITOR CENTRE” with a sign of your name. You will see the Visitor centre ahead of you, little on the left, when you reach the arrival hall. Drivers usually appear at this place approximately 15 minutes after your current landing time (even in case your plane is delayed).

As soon as you leave your train go to a main hall of the Main train station (the hall at the end of the middle corridor from the platform – there are three on every platform, so take the middle one), your driver will be standing near to well visible “BURGER KING” restaurant with a sign of your name. If arriving by FLIXBUS to Wilsonova Bus Station (located in front of the train station, please go inside the building, turn right, and take the escalators down. Your driver will be standing near to well visible “BURGER KING” restaurant with a sign of your name.

As soon as you leave your bus go to the main building of the ÚAN FLORENC bus station, your driver will be standing near to well visible “BURGER KING” restaurant with a sign of your name.

Please note, that there is no mobile app for tracking the buses and even the details on arrival board are not correct. The best solution is keeping your driver informed. Please do not panic if your driver is not in the spot. Buses arrive rarely in time. During the day delayed, in the night sooner.

Meeting points anywhere else

Airports – The driver will wait for you in the arrival hall of the terminal with the name sign.

Train stations – The driver will wait for you on the platform where your train arrives with the name sign. There may be an exception, that there will not be parking places at the train station, so an alternative meeting point will be designed (e.g. in Munich we meet customers at the hotel across the road). You will be informed about it before your arrival.

Seaports – The driver will wait for you in the public area of the cruise ship terminal with the name sign.

River ports – The driver will meet you at the reception on the ship or in front of the ship after informing local staff.

Hotels – The driver will meet you at the hotel lobby.

Private addresses and AirBnBs – The driver will be waiting for you at the front door.

Driver details / driver no-show

At the latest day before (in the case of Prague transfers at the latest 2 hours in advance) you will receive your driver details by the text message or WhatsApp (preffered). You can contact the driver (texts preferred – the drivers can carry another customer at that time… or can relax after the long drive) for any your need (meeting point, stops on the way, etc.)

Is not your driver showing up at the desginated point at the designated time? Please, first contact the driver directly. If he does not react, please call us on emergency line +420 720 592 018 to locate him for you.

Payments

Cash to the driver – you can pay the driver in EUR, CZK, or USD – the price will be recalculated according to the current exchange rate that day.

Card to the driver – you can pay the driver by card only in CZK – the price will be recalculated according to the current exchange rate that day.

Online payment (preferred) – you can pay online via Stripe (in EUR) or via payment link or QR code by SumUp (in CZK the price will be recalculated according to the current exchange rate that day.)

Invoice payment – possible only for long-time partners.

REQUIRED PRE-PAYMENT/PRE-AUTHORIZATION – Please note, that we can send you the link for pre-authorization of your card in the case of pick-up out of Prague (if select direct payment to the driver). We usually pre-authorize all amount of transportation prices in the case of last-minute cancellations from the client´s site (less than 24 hours) – you would not believe it, but it really happens.

Cancellations and changes

  • Transfers within Prague city limits – free changes and cancellation 2 hours before the pickup time. 
  • Long-distance transfers from Prague or transport with a pickup point outside of Prague + private hire, day trips, city tours – free changes and cancellation 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Refunds

In the case you already pre-paid your transfer or a private hire, we reserve the right to refund you in 180 days. In many cases we refund the customers within a week.

Complaints and compensations

If there is a reason for the complaint and money refund, please inform us about the problem as soon as possible by e-mail at the latest in 30 days since the reason for the complaint has been caused. We take the right of 30 days to react to this complaint and eventually to confirm the compensation. If the compensation is confirmed, we manage the refund until 30 days later.
